The best way to reach Cancun is to take a flight to the Cancun International Airport. Currently (October 2020), there are very many direct flights from the United States (New York, Washington, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Miami …) and a few flights from Canada (Toronto), France (Paris) and Italy (Rome). Very frequent flights connect Cancun with the major Mexican cities (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Puebla…).
For curious people, it can be added that it would also be possible to travel by bus from Mexico City to Cancun, but the journey takes more than one day…so, it does not seem a good solution…
Further details will be given in the Spring 2021.
